Health facilities: Top judge summons AGP 

The CJ has directed the court office to fix the case before Supreme Court’s Bench No 1 today



ISLAMABAD: The top judge has taken suo motu notice of miserable conditions at the Sandeman Provincial Hospital in Quetta. Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali took the decision on Monday under Article 184(3) of the Constitution on a report submitted to him through the Balochistan High Court registrar over the lack of facilities at the hospital. The CJ has directed the court office to fix the case before Supreme Court’s Bench No 1 today (Tuesday). Notices have also been issued to the attorney general of Pakistan and the Balochistan advocate general and health secretary.
