Run over: Four IDPs commit suicide

BANNU: At least four internally displaced persons (IDPs) from North Waziristan Agency reportedly committed suicide in Bannu on Wednesday. A doctor at Khalifa Gulnawaz Teaching Hospital told The Express Tribune Niaz Muhammad, Fahad, Burhan and Abdul Ghafoor consumed poison at Domail. They were brought to the hospital and succumbed to their injuries. Separately, two people were rushed to the facility after they were run over by a speeding car in Bannu. Another doctor told The Express Tribune a large number of people have also been admitted to the facility after suffering from heatstroke.
