Summons : PCB to reply on illegal appointments
The petitioner said vacancies on the posts were never advertised

Lahore High Court on Friday sought replies from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Ministry of Sports on a petition challenging 39 appointments in the board. A citizen had filed the petition through Advocate Abdul Ghafoor. In his suit, he said that the appointments of chief operating officer, international audit manager, director securities and several others were made on the basis of nepotism. The petitioner said vacancies on the posts were never advertised.
