Critique: ‘PML-N has anti-peasant policies’
Member of both committees apprised Bilawal about progress made so far in the reorganisation of the party in the Punjab

Pakistan Peoples Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday criticised the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Punjab government for adopting what he called anti-peasant policies. “The Sharif brothers are bent up on economic murder of the farming community but Pakistan Peoples Party shall never allow them to succeed in their nefarious designs,” he said. He was talking to PPP’s central and south Punjab coordination committee members at Bilawal House on Friday. PPP South Punjab Coordination Committee members Yousaf Raza Gillani, Shoukat Basra, Toochi Khan and Nawazish Ali Peerzada, PPP Central Punjab Coordination Committee members Raja Pervez Ashraf, Rana Farooq Ahmad Khan, Chaudhry Manzoor and Nadeem Kaira attended the meetings. Political secretary to the chairman Jameel Soomro was also present. Members of both committees apprised Bilawal about progress made so far in the reorganisation of the party in the Punjab. Bilawal urged them to maintain close contact with workers and take their suggestions for the reorganisation process.
