Pak-Iran ties: Friendly relations a must for peace, says Haider Hoti
Hoti highlighted the importance of cordial and friendly relations among regional countries

Provincial Awami National Party president Amir Haider Khan Hoti has said that cordial relations between Pakistan and Iran are essential to maintain peace in the region.
He expressed these views during a meeting with Iran Consul General Muhammad Baqar Baigee in Peshawar on Monday. On the occasion, Hoti highlighted the importance of cordial and friendly relations among regional countries.
He said, “Better relations will help in restoring peace and stability in the region.” He pointed out that Pakistan, India, Iran, Afghanistan and China must coordinate and cooperate with each other for the welfare and betterment of their people.
Meanwhile, the Iranian consul general appreciated the ANP leader’s point of view and emphasised the need to continue friendly relations between Pakistan and Iran.
