Martyred Policemen: IG wants quick compensation payments
The meeting reviewed in detail the measures regarding welfare of police personnel

Sindh Inspector General of Police, AD Khawaja, has directed that cases pertaining to compensation and other benefits to heirs of martyred policemen be expedited. He was presiding over a meeting at the Central Police Office on Saturday. The meeting reviewed in detail the measures regarding welfare of police personnel. At the meeting, an AIG welfare was appointed as the focal person for inking a memorandum of understanding with reputed private hospitals aimed at provision of best possible treatment to police officers and personnel who get injured on the job.
