Three bodies found dumped in Turbat, militant shot dead in Panjgur

Gunmen shot dead a tribal elder, two of his companions and injured another in an ambush on Siya Kamb area, some 90 kilometres from Kalat district, Levies officials said.
“Tribal elder Takari Habibullah Muhammad Hasani, along with his brother and friend. were killed on the spot while another man sustained bullet injuries,” Levies sources said.
Levies personnel, accompanied by rescue workers, moved the bodies to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Another man who is being treated for his injuries in the hospital is said to be out of danger.
Security forces in the meantime found at least three bodies bearing torture marks from Hoshab area of Turbat town in Kech district.
During routine patrolling, Levies forces found three tortured bodies and shifted them to a nearby hospital for autopsy, sources said.
All three deceased victims were shot at point-blank range. Their identities have not been confirmed.
However, in a separate action security forces killed one terrorist and arrested another from Panjgur.
“Acting on a tip-off, forces have launched a search operation in Panjgur and an exchange of gunfire has resulted in the killing of one terrorist who belonged to a banned organisation, while the other was arrested,” forces said.
