Busted: Two drug pushers arrested

SARGODHA: Police claimed on Monday to have arrested two drug peddlers and seized am sizeable quantity of narcotics from them. Police said that they had received a tip-off about a drug smuggling bid. Phularwan police had stopped a passenger coaster travelling from Peshawar at Salam Interchange and arrested Nargis Parveen, a resident of Narowal, who was carrying six kilogrammes hashish. Bhagtanwala police had arrested another drug pusher, Waqar, and seized 690g heroin from him.
