F-9 rally: PTI, govt decide code of conduct

The law enforcement agencies will take action against the participants if the code of conduct is violated

ISLAMABAD:
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and city managers have agreed on a code of conduct that the party will follow while holding a public gathering on April 24.

According to the code of conduct, the gathering from Fatima Jinnah Park by 10pm. It also bans the gathering from making any anti-government statements or hate speech.

The law enforcement agencies will take action against the participants if the code of conduct is violated, it said adding that PTI will be held responsible for any injuries or death resulting from any clashes between party workers and security officials.


PTI MNA Asad Umar signed the code of conduct on behalf of the  party.

The gathering at F-9 park as part of celebrations of the party’s foundation day.
