Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif arrived here on Tuesday from London, laying to rest rumours which had started swirling even before he had departed for a medical checkup.


Upon arrival at the Nur Khan Airbase, the Prime Minister was received by Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar, Special Assistant to PM on Political Affairs Dr Asif Kirmani, Special Assistant to PM on Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi and senior officials.


Earlier in London, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif told media persons that a commission would be set up to investigate Panama Leaks.


At the end of his week-long stay in the UK where he had gone for a medical check-up, the Prime Minister said he favoured the setting up of a commission, adding that efforts were being made in this regard that included contacting judges to head the commission.
