Road accident: Two family members killed, five missing
The family was travelling to attend the funeral prayers of Mir’s mother who had passed away on Sunday

Two members of a family were killed and another five missing in a road accident in Neelum district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
Neelum Valley Deputy Commissioner Hameed Kiyani said the river was in flood and it was highly unlikely that anyone could have survived.

Two members of a family were killed and another five missing in a road accident in Neelum district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
Neelum district administration said Abdul Gghani Mir, who was extra assistant commissioner of Hattian Bala, was travelling in his official jeep from Muzaffarabad to Dudhnial along with his family when the vehicle fell into the Neelum River near Dowarian.
The family was travelling to attend the funeral prayers of Mir’s mother who had passed away on Sunday.
Rescue workers retrieved the body of Mir and his elder son Nasir Mir. His wife and four other children were still missing when this report was filed on Tuesday.
