Deadly explosion: One killed, 4 injured in cylinder blast

Following the blast, a fire erupted at the shop. Rescue-1122 brought it under control

LAHORE: A man died and four others were injured in a cylinder blast in Kahna late on Saturday. Police said the cylinder had exploded during refilling at an LPG shop. “Saqlain, an employee at the shop, died on the spot. Three fruit-vendors - Boota, Ali Akbar, Hanif and a passerby Hanif - were injured,” police said. Following the blast, a fire erupted at the shop. Rescue-1122 brought it under control.
