Law And Order: Govt to go after street criminals

The minister directed the police officials to educate citizens about the ways to contact the police

KARACHI: Efforts should be made to curb the surge in street crimes, said Sindh home minister Sohail Anwar Khan Siyal on Saturday, presiding over a meeting to review this year’s crime statistics. The minister also issued directives to the police, including community policing projects and educating citizens about the ways to contact the police.
