‘Shootout’: Two Chotu gang members killed

DSP Hafiz Abdur Rehman said the LEAs had fixed Rs2 million head money for Ali Gull

RAJANPUR: Two members of Chotu gang were killed in what the district police said was a shootout on Monday. DSP Hafiz Abdur Rehman Aasim told the media that a police team had raided the Thal Hero area in a Herind police precinct on a tip off. He said the robbers had opened fire at the officials who fired back, killing Ali Gul and his brother Pandhi Gul on the spot. He said their accomplices managed to escape. He said the deceased were wanted the law enforcement agencies in several cases. He said the LEAs had fixed Rs2 million head money for Ali Gull.
