KARACHI:

Omar Associates were dealt a major blow on Sunday when 10 players of its women’s cricket team left to join rivals Saif Sports Saga Women just a few hours before their domestic fixture of the Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah National Women Cricket Championship in Islamabad.

Following the inexplicable switch at the eleventh hour, the women went on to represent their new club against Higher Education Commission.
