LAHORE:

An additional district and sessions judge on Saturday sought comments from the Nishtar Colony SHO on a petition filed by a man seeking registration of a case against a school principal for beating his children for not paying school fees.

Nasir Iqbal submitted that his children Simra, Muhammad Ibrar and Muhammad Umair were enrolled at AMS School. He said he could not pay the fees this month upon which the principal roughed up his children and expelled them from the school.

He said he had requested the SHO to take action against the principal but he had done nothing in this regard. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against the principal.
