QUETTA: Opposition members staged a walkout from the Balochistan Assembly on Saturday over the rejection of an adjournment motion on violence against Young Doctors’ Association (YDA) members by the police. Chanting slogans of ‘shame, shame’, the opposition members stormed out of the assembly premises. Presenting the adjournment motion, opposition leader Maulana Wassay said that the young doctors had taken out a peaceful rally in favour of their demands, but the administration opened fire on them, which left many doctors injured.
