Cop killers? Two brothers shot in 'encounter'

HYDERABAD: Two brothers, allegedly involved in the murder case of a police constable besides other crimes, were shot dead in an alleged police encounter in Hyderabad on Friday. The police claimed that slain Azeem Dongh and Mashooq Ali Dongh, who belonged to Naushero Feroz district, fired at the police while trying to escape. The two sustained fatal gunshots in the exchange of fire. The incident took place in the limits of Hussainabad police station in Latifabad Unit 4. The police claimed the deceased were nominated in the murder case of police constable Shabir Khokhar in the limits of Hatri police station in Hyderabad.
