Custody: Two children handed over to mother
The court disposed of the petition after handing the children to their mother
FAISALABAD:
District and Sessions Judge Abid Hussain Qureshi handed over two children to their mother on Tuesday after recovering them from their father’s custody. Petitioner Tanzeela Bibi, a resident of Chak 53-GB, had filed the petition contending that her husband Muhammad Ejaz, a resident of Chak 7-JB, had thrown her out of his house a few days ago. She said that he had taken her children, two-year-old Muhammad Nawaz and two-and-a-half-month-old Mehak Shehzadi, as well. The judge had ordered Sargodha Road police to recover the children and produce them in court. The court disposed of the petition after handing the children to their mother.
