RAWALPINDI: The Anti-terrorism Court on Wednesday recorded statement of an FIA official in the Benazir Bhutto murder case and adjourned the hearing till April 1.
According to details, as hearing started today, FIA Deputy Director Wajid Zia recorded his statement.
Meanwhile the cross examination of DIG FIA could not held as the counsel of former President Pervez Musharaff, Farogh Naseem did not appear before the court.
ATC Judge Rai Ayub Marth after recording the statement adjourned the hearing till April 1, directing DIG and Deputy Director FIA to appear before the court on next hearing for their cross examination.
