Holding Accountable : SEPCO suspends six employees

SUKKUR:
Sukkur Electric Supply Company (Sepco) suspended on Friday six employees and initiated disciplinary proceedings against them. The officials were suspended after continuous public complaints and the follow-up by federal complaint cell (FCC) of the federal Ministry of Water and Power. The suspended employees include Ghulamullah Solangi, Lal Bux Noonari, Mokhumuddin Shaikh, Feroze Ali Abro, Irshad Ahmed Memon and Zulfiqar Ali Junejo. An FIR has also been registered against 15 consumers of Luqman subdivision of Sepco under the recently amended electricity theft law.
