OPC retrieves illegally occupied land

OPC Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti said the complaint was referred to the district overseas committee

The Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission has helped recover five acres of land and a shop for an overseas resident of Toba Tek Singh whose brother had illegally occupied the land. According to a press statement issued on Tuesday, Zulfiqar, the complainant, has been living in England for several years. He requested the commission to remove his brother Latif, who had illegal possession of his land for three years, from his property. OPC Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti said the complaint was referred to the district overseas committee. He said they retrieved the land and shop on Shorkot Road in Pir Mahal, Toba Tek Singh.
