Knowledge economy: Higher education a priority: Sartaj Aziz

ISLAMABAD:

Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Tuesday met International Islamic University Rector Dr Masoom Yasinzai and discussed matters related to the university and higher education in the country.

The adviser lauded the contribution of the university at national and international level, said a press release issued by the university.

Aziz said the government gives priority to the education sector and has significantly increased budgetary allocation for it.
