Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said on Saturday that estranged Muttahida Qaumi Movement leader Mustafa Kamal has reaffirmed his stance that MQM chief Altaf Hussain “is a terrorist”.

“I have been saying this for the last seven years that Altaf Hussain is a terrorist and that about 234 cases were registered against him,” the PTI chief said while addressing a press conference in Peshawar.

On his return to the country after two years in self-exile on Thursday, Kamal , who was once a celebrated mayor of Karachi, launched a blistering attack on Altaf and accused him of having links with India’s premier spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).

Altaf working for RAW, says Kamal

The PTI chief went on to say, “I saw Altaf Hussain’s posters in India and was told by a reporter that RAW was behind displaying them on the streets.”

“It happened when Altaf termed Pakistan’s creation a blunder at a conference in India, and I was a witness to that occurrence,” Imran added.

Imran also took the opportunity to hit out at the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, saying, “Any government would have by now formed a judicial commission to investigate allegations of such a serious nature.”

He went on to say both Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif are threatening the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) because they are scared of it.

“Why would such ineligible rulers let NAB work when they have hired their relatives in all the institutions,” he said, adding, "Every project from Metro train to Orange Line should be thoroughly investigated for nepotism.”

Imran also accused the Sharif brothers of using millions of rupees from the exchequer to publicise themselves.

He claimed that an independent accountability commission will work in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, adding that several people had been arrested in the Lady Reading Hospital scandal.

MQM chief is worst than Taliban. At least Taliban are open about their animosity towards state of Pakistan
Just because Talibans are harboured by us their 70,000+ murders should be forgiven? How is that not worst than anyone else including MQM?
