Anti-encroachment drive: CDA moves ahead with operations

Teams of Enforcement directorate, lead by the director enforcement, carried out a massive anti-encroachment operation

ISLAMABAD:
Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) campaign against illegal constructions and encroachments is in full swing. Teams of Enforcement directorate are conducting operations against illegal construction across the city.

In continuation of its campaign, teams of enforcement directorate conducted a joint operation against the encroachments in sector G-7 here on Wednesday and demolished numerous illegal structures, dwellings and fixed other such violations which were causing inconvenience to the general public.

Enforcement Directorate, Machinery Pool Organisation and other concerned formations of the Authority were part of the operation while magisterial and police cover was also provided by the Islamabad Capital Administration and Islamabad Police.


Teams of Enforcement directorate, lead by the director enforcement, carried out a massive anti-encroachment operation around media houses, Zero Point sector G-7 and demolished an illegal structure comprising of four rooms on two  kanals of CDA land.

Moreover, an illegally constructed boundary wall over state’s land was also demolished.
