An additional district and sessions judge fixed for arguments a petition filed by a man seeking a case against an owner of a poultry farm for not clearing payments.


Shehbaz Ali told the court that he was employed at the poultry farm. He said he had told Iftikhar, the farm owner, that the chicken were ready to be sold. He said Ifitikhar wanted wait so that their weight could increase. He said meanwhile many of the birds died of some disease.


He said Iftikhar had blamed him for this and refused to pay his salary.
