Under fire: PTI youth councillor injured
He was wounded in the attack and rushed to the hospital
SHABQADAR:
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf district youth councillor and former Peshawar joint secretary of his party was shot and injured by unidentified men. According to a report filed at Shabqadar police station, Ayaz Ali Sher said he was on his way to Peshawar when unidentified gunmen opened fire on his vehicle. He was wounded in the attack and rushed to the hospital. He was later shifted to Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar where he was discharged. An official of Shabqadar police said an investigation was under way. “The attack was triggered by a personal dispute,” he added.
