Protest: Technical staff demand better pays
Union leaders requested the chief minister to grant technical staff upgraded pay scales

The technical staff members of various departments staged a protest on Wednesday to demand that their pay scale be upgraded. Scores of employees of various departments including Irrigation, TMAs, WASA, FDA, Building Corporation, Municipal Corporation and the Ayyub Agriculture Research Institute gathered on Jhang Road and took out a rally. Union leaders requested the chief minister to grant technical staff upgraded pay scales.
