Kite-fliers, sellers: Police to use drones to catch violators

The CPO said that the police will take action against kite-flyers, sellers and people resorting to aerial firing

RAWALPINDI: Police have decided to use camera-fitted drones to catch kite flyers and sellers in the Rawalpindi city.

City Police Officer Israr Abbasi has said that police teams have been formed to carry out crackdown on violators with the help of surveillance drones, said a press release issued.

The CPO said that the police will take action against kite-flyers, sellers and people resorting to aerial firing and carrying out firework.Police teams would patrol in different areas and police informers would also roam in the city to help catch the violators.
