Women and children: Balochistan, PPHI sign nutrition MoU

QUETTA: Balochistan Nutrition Program for Mothers and Children (BNPMC) and the Health Department Government of Balochistan have signed an MoU on child mother nutrition with Peoples Primary Health Care Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan. Under the MoU PPHI will provide services at facility level and support Balochistan Nutrition Programme for mothers and children to improve nutritional status of mothers and children in the province. Speaking on the occasion Abdullah Khan, additional secretary development health department said the agreement signed today between PPHI, BNPMC and the provincial government would substantially help improve health matters of people with a particular focus on mothers and children.
