PRCS trains officers in health, safety

The primary focus shall be to involve local communities to establish healthy, safe and resilient communities

ISLAMABAD:


Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has started training of its newly recruited district officers to launch National Health and Safety Movement across the country, said a press release.



“We believe that you people, wearing the red jackets, equipped with thorough and well designed trainings and filled with fervour and spirit of humanity shall be our means to a safer, healthier and resilient Pakistan,” said PRCS Secretary General Dr Rizwan Naseer at opening session of the training.

PRCS will also train first aiders and establish a help line to reunite unidentified victims.

The primary focus shall be to involve local communities to establish healthy, safe and resilient communities.
