Tenants Registration: Police arrest nine suspects

RAWALPINDI: Police have arrested nine property owners for not providing information of their tenants to the police. The Punjab Information of Temporary Residents Act requires all property owners and hotel managers to provide information about their tenant and guests to the local police station. The suspects were identified as Asghar Ali, Adnan, Muhammad Mansha, Irfan, Muhammad Azam, Shabbir Ahmed, Imran, Javed Iqbal and Sajjad Ali. They were arrested from within the jurisdiction of Saddar Beruni Police Station.
