Police kill three robbers in gun battle

Three robbers were killed by police in a gun battle in Faisal Town, Lahore.

Sources said the robbers belong to the Jafar Khan gang from Afghanistan. The dead include Jafar Khan, Dawar Khan and Rozay Khan. Another two managed to escape after firing on the police.

Police raided the area after receiving a tip about the presence of the gang. They seized gold worth millions of rupees and a lot of ammunition.
