Katchi abadi case: Ex-CDA inspector sent on remand

ISLAMABAD:

A court sent a former CDA enforcement inspector on 14-day judicial remand in the Katchi Abadi case.

Senior Civil Judge Abdul Ghaffor resumed hearing of the case of alleged involvement of CDA’s Inspector Bilal Zafar in facilitating the expansion of Katchi Abadi in the federal capital.

After hearing arguments, the court granted judicial remand of the accused and directed FIA to produce Bilal Zafar in the next hearing.
