Behind bars: CTD arrests suspected militant
The suspect is part of a three member gang
PESHAWAR:
The counter-terrorism department (CTD) has arrested a suspected militant in Board Bazaar, Jamrud Road on Tuesday. According to a handout issued by the department, he has been identified as Ghufranullah, who hails from Kokikhel, Khyber Agency, and belongs to a three-member gang. “Two of his accomplices identified as Akhtar Zeb and Mohammad Tahir were arrested earlier,” read the statement. “Ghufranullah was involved in a number of terrorist activities and extortion cases.”
