KARACHI:
“A woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water,” said the great lady Eleanor Roosevelt and last night saw Pakistan’s women of strength whose journeys needed to be celebrated.
To honour these 100 Miracle Women, Ponds hosted a magnificent night, the second Miracle Journey Gala at Mohatta Palace on Saturday.
The red carpet was set ablaze as stars descended to applaud the achievements of these unsung heroes. Among the ones we spotted, Hadiqa Kiani, Nadia Hussain and Uzair Jaswal clearly stole the limelight.
