An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Shahdara SHO on a petition seeking a case against several people for disturbing peace in the neighbourhood.
Petitioner Shazia Bibi told the court Irfan, Shahid and their friends played loud music at night hours. She said they had been asked to desist several times but they had not done so. She said residents of the area were sick of their activities. She said they had approached the police but they had not taken the complaint seriously.
