Nawazuddin Siddiqui denies molestation charges
Actor's manager claims allegations are false to defame the actor
After a police complaint was lodged against Nawazuddin Siddiqui on Sunday by a woman claiming she had been physically assaulted by him, the actor retaliated with an FIR and denied all charges filed against him.
According to the actor's manager Anup Pandey, two men and three women forced their way into Nawazuddin's office the same day to hand him a notice to vacate the area in front of his office, reported Times of India.
The actor was in the restroom during the commotion and was unaware of what was happening. He explained, "Five people had barged into our office and demanded to meet Mr Siddiqui for some notice to be issued. When Mrs Siddiqui, asked them to hand over the notice, they denied saying they wanted to meet Mr Nawaz."

The actor's manager then took control and tried to reason with the group, explaining to them that Nawazuddin never claimed the area as his so the question of vacating it was undebatable.
He even stated that they manhandled the actor's wife. "One of the five people including Soni Dandekar (55), the complainant, a guy aged 35-40 yrs and an aged man 65 yrs, pushed Mrs Siddiqui."
During the discord, Nawazuddin stepped into the room and asked the group to exit the premises and leave the notice. "There was confrontation between the two parties before the five people left Nawaz's place, " disclosed Pandey.
The manager further stated that the complainant wished to defame the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor through false accusations. "The complainant, Heena, is not from the society, neither in relation of the chairperson. It is completely a false allegation to defame the personality," he claimed.
Earlier, Heena Sheikh, 24-year-old daughter of Soni Dandekar — chairperson of a housing society in Mumbai where the actor resides, filed the complaint at a local police station stating she was manhandled by Nawazuddin’s bodyguards.

She alleged that the actor pushed her and behaved inappropriately during a dispute over parking space.
“We sent him many notices and even told him ‘you are the flat owner, but this outside property is not yours’, but he never acknowledged our complaints.
“Today, when my daughter went to click photographs of the parking slot captured by Nawazuddin, he along with his brother and staff manhandled her and pushed her. So we immediately went to the police station to file a complaint against him,” she said.
The assistant commissioner of police Arun Chavan revealed, “We registered a case against Nawazuddin under IPC section 354 (assault or criminal force on woman with intent to outrage her modesty) based on the complainant’s version. As of now we have not arrested any person, and are in the process of verifying the facts.”
