Youhanabad Riot: Bail pleas by three suspects dismissed
The two-member bench, headed by Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan, then dismissed the petitions
LAHORE:
Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday dismissed bail applications of three people suspected of lynching two men and vandalising public property after suicide blasts at a church in Youhanabad. Aslam, Faisal and another suspect had filed bail petitions, submitting that they had not been involved in lynching two men at the Ferozepur Road. However, a deputy prosecutor told the bench that there was solid evidence against the accused. The two-member bench, headed by Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan, then dismissed the petitions.
