Unhappy workers: Haleem Adil resigns from PML-Q
I have offers from several political parties to join them but I will take a decision after thinking
KARACHI:
Senior leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Haleem Adil Sheikh resigned from the post of the party’s provincial president and from the party on Monday. Sheikh had offered his resignation twice before on grounds that PML-Q has no activities in the province but his resignation was not accepted. In his current resignation letter, Sheikh mentioned that he held no grudges with the party leadership. Some officials claimed that Sheikh is likely to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). “I have offers from several political parties to join them but I will take a decision after thinking and consulting my friends,” he told The Express Tribune. He refused to comment on rumours that he will join the PTI.
