Additional district and sessions judge, Safdar Ali Bhatti passed these orders on a Rs100 million defamation suit filed by the PCB against Sohail for levelling allegations against Sethi.
Earlier, PCB's counsel Tafazzul Rizvi argued before the court and submitted that the allegations levelled by Aamir against Sethi were false and it was an attempt to get cheap publicity.

He contended that allegations against Sethi were defamatory and claimed Rs100 million in damages.
However, Aamir's counsel submitted that the suit was not maintainable, as it was not filed by Sethi in personal capacity and the PCB was not authorised to file the suit.
But the PCB's counsel maintained that Sethi was not only chairman of the EC, but also a member of the Board of Governors of the PCB and the board can file the suit on his behalf.
The court, after hearing arguments of parties stopped Aamir from levelling baseless allegations against Sethi, and adjourned the further hearing till December 21.
Aamir had lambasted Sethi over different issues in recent interviews.
