Multi-Michelin starred chef Gordon Ramsay is known for taking charge in the kitchen, but what happens when he takes a back seat and lets an Indian chef teach him how things work in a desi kitchen?

Back in 2010 when he launched his TV show Gordon's Great Escape, the chef flew all the way to India to show a "different side to America's favourite chef: more thoughtful, confessional, and open-minded", quoted the Guardian.

He took instructions from legendary chef Imtiaz Qureshi, and tried his hand at biryani -- with quails, goat and chicken -- all in preparation for an Indian wedding.
