Three of them were National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) staffers working at different branches in Islamabad. The suspected were identified as Muhammad Majid from Khushab district — the main suspect — and NADRA staffers Deputy Assistant Director Muhammad Waleed, Deputy Assistant Director Pir Nadir Shah, and junior executive Tariq Mehmood.
