The Pakistan Muslim league Functional (PML-F) has demanded the removal of chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah from the post.
PML-F party leaders alleged that Shah was victimising political opponents and has devised a plan for rigging the local government elections in Sindh.
Addressing a press conference at the Functional League House on Tuesday, the party’s general secretary, Imtiaz Shaikh, appealed to Asif Ali Zardari to remove the chief minister in the greater interest of Sindh.
Shaikh alleged that the police and district administration, on the orders of the CM, had started victimising PPP’s opponents, while also criticising the CM’s role in the ongoing targeted operation.
