NA 255 has been the most sensitive constituency, faced with violence for nearly a week till elections -- particularly because of non-stop violence between two main rival parties contesting for this NA seat.

Some of the voters this correspondent spoke to expressed satisfaction regarding the freedom to vote, especially in the mens section in the first hour.

However, a female voter -- who wished not to be named -- told this correspondent that some unknown men entered the womens section and in the presence of presiding officers were rigging the polls.

They were forcing voters to vote for a particular party, no one dared complain -- including the presiding officer whose role was not more than that of a silent spectator.

Many women were even sent back along with the message “your vote has been cast already”.

A regular voter of the constituency said it was happening in the peak voting hour, and if it continued till the end of the polls this could result in favour of the same party whose workers were rigging.

In future, Pakistan will be run by NAMALOOM AFRAD.

I too witnessed this rigging and forceful voting by the "Namaluk Afrad." And I am not afraid to day they are all from PPP. We need our voices to be heard against these types of people in orde for truth to be heard.
