Capacity building: IRM opens summer internship programme

The programme will commence from June 18 in all major cities

ISLAMABAD:


The Institute of Rural Management (IRM) on Tuesday announced its nationwide Summer Internship Programme (SIP) to help 300 students find their feet.


The students will be given six-week attachments in professional working environments in member organisations of the programme cosponsor Human Resource Development Network (HRDN).

The programme will commence from June 18 in all major cities, including Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Mansehra, Multan, Murree, Peshawar, Quetta, Rahim Yar khan, Rawalpindi, Sukkur, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The internship will provide an independent research experience under the direct mentorship of established experts in different areas of social and management sciences.

Young and motivated college and university students under the age of 26 are requested to apply.
