KARACHI: Two boilers exploded at an oil factory in the Kemari area of Karachi resulting in the injury of a number of people, Express News reported.
The explosion was loud enough to be heard few kilometres away. A fire broke out soon after the explosion and fire brigades were rushed to the area.
The blast, which was earlier rumoured to be a bomb explosion, caused chaos in the area. The injured people have been taken to a local hospital.
The city government has been approached for further help.
