The findings of the investigative report by Abbottabad commission probing the May 2 US raid were different from the report given by US authorities, reported BBC Urdu on Thursday.
According to the report, the commission has penned down the details of events that took place on the day when al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was killed in a unilateral raid by US Special Forces in Abbottabad.
The findings of the report by the Abbottabad commission also pose questions at the stance of the US in the operation.
The report is the first official account of the incident from Pakistan’s side.
The report entails statements from bin Laden's family, neighbours and government officials who came to the area after the raid.
The commission members and experts, after investigating the compound where bin Laden lived, derived some findings.
One of the points in the report states that the compound had dozens of armed men during the raid, however, only one bullet mark and one bullet shell was found.
The bullet mark was found on the wall of the room where the al Qaeda leader used to sleep, which was also where he was killed. The height of the mark suggests that someone had knelt down and triggered the bullet.
The investigation states that the bullet pierced through bin Laden’s head and struck the wall leaving a mark there.
Other than this mark, there is no other bullet mark in the entire house, neither any other bullet shell was found.
Half dozen Kalashnikovs which were recovered from the house were less than a yard away from bin Laden’s gunmen.
The report poses a question that when the so many armed men were present in the house during the raid, then why did bin Laden’s men not fire even once, because the findings given by the US state that none of the US solider was shot at during the raid.
The Abbottabad Commission will present the findings to the prime minister who will release orders as per the recommendations given in the report.

BB incident was washed after 3rd day. Police must ve taken all clues or photos. Z knows Qatils. Some still sits with him. It'd also be more accurate to say that those who went through the house days after it happened missed one bullet casing.
ROTFL..one casing!! The pakistani government has zero credibility...zilch..nada.. They released photos of the dead bodies in the OBL house. Must have been one heck of a bullet that killed the 3 people we saw in those pictures and then went through OBL's eye.

Is it a coincidence that the compound was dismembered well before the Commission Report? Now they can come up with any story they like.
And they tore down the building trying to find bullets. Bravo Judicial Commission for your efficiency.
And were not US SEALS handling these guards? Half a dozen is not a big number for SEALS.
Duh the finding has to be different than the American version. The fundamental difference between the two versions is that as per the Pakistani version OBL never lived there and American version is that they have the proof. Proof is in the pudding (his body). Who cares about the details of last moments of OBL’s death? This is just to divert the attention from failure of officials at many levels. The million dollar question is how did American reached Abbottabad? How come all those extra radars did not work? Does it mean one day navy seal will come and all the nuclear weapons will disappear too? Why OBL was there, undetected, for five years?

What kind of "analysis" is that? Does this reflect the quality of the "investigation".
There is a video on this; there will also be a movie for sure. According to that, whoever did approach the US forces (including OBL's son) was shot.
As someone above said, now that they have torn down the house, everything vanishes. Amazing.
As for the BB comment, it in not relevant whether her blood was inside or outside the SUV. It is just standard procedure all over the world that when you have a crime scene you immediately cordon off the place and the foresnic specialists go to work looking of clues.

So did the country which claims to hold human rights at the forefront of their policy assasinated these guys i.e cold blooded murder (by the way I don't have a problem in what happened to Osama he was a killer and he died the sam way).
And to make us cringe even more from this 'topi darama' investigation, we have demolished the 'OBL house'. So it could never be investigated by a totally impartial body/government in future!
So that's why they tore the place down.

To all those who don't know bullets work, a 5.56 round enters and then exits out the back while finally stopping at the wall/obstacle. On top of that there have had to be casings of any rounds were fired. But I it is plausible that the gunmen went in to shock and failed to react.
Pls look up "dramatic ambush by US special forces" on youtube to see how individuals fail to react when they are caught by utter surprise.
Funny just like high pressure washing of BB murder scene, the compound is demolished and now they can say whatever they want. These leaks are trial baloons to supress the actual facts and findings. What is the need of findings if we all know what they are?
No suprise the comission findings differ from US accoun, it was clear Day 1 that US was trying to hide details in order to portray the operation as heroic as possible e.g. how Navy SEALS entered the compound under heavy fire etc
Its common sense that bullet hit the mark, and didnt miss the target, thus no bullet marks on the walls.
Bullets came from Seal Team 6, means "Right On Target" they just don't miss their target, and i am sure that one bullet on the wall came from Osama's son , not Team 6 because Team 6 never hit the wrong spot.....Amazing America, loved this Ops

Dozens of armed men supposedly guarding OBL? Beggars belief that ET can run such a story. If there were dozens of armed men then surely they would have been noticed by neighbours/local police. How could they have remained unnoticed for years???
