Park Enclave development: Four companies short listed by CDA

Decision taken on the recommendation of NESPAK, which has already been hired by CDA as consultant for the project.

ISLAMABAD:

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board on Thursday approved the pre-qualification of four construction companies for the design and development work of Park Enclave. The decision has been taken on the recommendation of NESPAK, which has already been hired by CDA as consultant for the project.

The companies are Habib Rafiq (Private) Limited, Saadullah Khan and Brothers (SKB) (Private) Limited, MAAKSON (Private) Limited and Echo West (Private) Limited and their names have now been sent to the pre-qualification committee headed by Member Planning & Design Tahir Shamshad.

CDA had invited applications for the design and development of the recently launched housing project on Kuri Road. Some 15 construction companies submitted their documents.

CDA Chairperson Imtiaz Inayat Ealhi said that CDA pre-qualified four best construction companies of Pakistan for the development of Park Enclave through a transparent manner.

He said that these companies would submit their technical and financial proposals within a month’s time, which would be evaluated and the contract would be awarded in an open and transparent way to the best contender. He added that CDA is strictly following the deadlines.
