LAHORE: Supreme Court Bar Association President Asma Jahangir has condemned the murder of Balochistan National Party leader Abdus Salam Advocate and expressed her heart felt grief over it. The killing of the Baloch nationalist leader had “put question marks on the peace in Balochistan”, she said, and caused a lot of anger among Pakistan’s lawyers. She demanded that the Balochistan government arrest and prosecute the accused. She said the government must ensure peace in the province so that political activities could continue and lawyers could continue their professional activities.
